The amount determined to be collected from Beruju or as per the law shall be collected by the concerned local body. If the claim cannot be raised even after taking repeated actions within one financial year, the reason for not being able to raise the claim should be opened and the amount decided to be raised should be sent to the district administration office with details as per schedule-76.
(2) The district administration office shall inform the concerned body within seven days of checking the details received as per sub-rule (1). Based on that, the district administration office will have to file an application in accordance with section 260 of the Act.
